Do you have any physical limitations that may prevent you from fully participating in Summit activities?

Please list conditions/medications of which you think we should be aware.
COVID-19
All participants, whether flying to Israel or not, need to be triple vaccinated OR recovered with official documentation and double vaccinated in order to attend the Summit.

All participants:
  • Must have comprehensive health insurance that explicitly covers COVID-related issues and the possibility of quarantine.
  • Must undergo a PCR test within 72 hours before arrival at the Summit.
  • Will undergo an antigen test at the entrance to the hotel on the first day of the Summit.
Participants who are flying to Israel:

Please note: you may be asked to provide proof of vaccination closer to the time of the Summit.

Note: all participants will also be required to undergo a rapid antigen test at the entrance to the hotel on the first day of the Summit.
Medical Insurance
ROI purchases Limited Emergency Israeli Medical Insurance for non-Israeli participants for the duration of the Summit, i.e., June 19 through June 23. This insurance covers a variety of medical issues and enables certain situations to be handled more seamlessly than might otherwise be the case. This Limited Insurance should be viewed as supplementary coverage only, since it is not designed to cover all the situations and amounts covered by a comprehensive insurance of the type purchased by most travelers before a journey.

There are many options for comprehensive international health/travel insurance that you can explore. Click here for more information regarding insurance options.

Please provide the details of a relevant emergency contact who will be available for the duration of the Summit. This may be a friend/family member, and may be someone in Israel or in your home country.

Visa to Israel
Each ROI Summit participant is required to take care of obtaining their own visa to Israel as needed. Please check here if you are not sure if a visa is required for your visit to Israel. Please email summit@roicommunity.org if you require a letter from ROI Community in order to obtain a visa.

ROI Community Code of Conduct

(Summit Staff, Suppliers, Guest Speakers and/or Facilitators)

As a diverse and growing community, we’ve put practices in place to guide our conduct, and the conduct of our suppliers and guests, at the ROI Summit and during other ROI Community experiences, ensuring that we maintain a safe environment and our values are honored at all times.

When any of us ignores or distances ourselves from these practices, we risk harming our Community's culture and members. Therefore, if an act is committed, intentionally or unintentionally, that harms or disrupts our Community’s ethos, ROI Community retains the right to take action that we deem necessary to maintain a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for our members, suppliers and guests.

Should you commit any acts of harassment of any kind, verbal or physical, consequences may range, at our discretion, from a warning, to removal from the ROI Summit or other event, without our paying you any of the agreed upon compensation. Harassment (both online and in person) includes, but is not limited to:

1.      Disparaging verbal comments related to age, race, ethnicity, ability, religion, national origin, physical appearance, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression

2.      Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following

3.      Harassing photography or recording or displays of sexual images in public spaces

4.      Sustained disruption of talks or other events

5.      Inappropriate physical contact

6.      Unwelcome sexual attention

7.      Threats of physical harm

8.      Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior

In addition, sexual relations between participants and suppliers, or participants and guest speakers or facilitators, during any part of the ROI Summit or other ROI Community or Schusterman programming, even with affirmative consent, are unacceptable and are grounds for immediate dismissal.

For our full Code of Conduct, click here. It is of utmost importance that everyone feels comfortable at a Summit, at an event or within our Community. If you experience or witness harmful acts or harassment against Community members or event attendees, report the incident(s) in-person to a staff member or email schustermanreports@lighthouse-services.com. In either case, please share as many details as possible, including who were the individuals involved, when and where did the incident occur and any other additional information that will help us understand and address the incident. In cases of emergency, action will be taken immediately.
